Return Period

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date you receive your jersey to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Exceptions: Customized jerseys are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] . Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  5. Refund or Exchange: If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
